Meet Your Future
We are always on the hunt for smart, passionate people who want to provide great service to great clients! We work in an industry that provides pensions to people who spend their careers in service to other people – police officers, firefighters, judges, health care workers, social workers and all types of civil servants. Delivering solutions that help them live their best lives in retirement is what we are about. Our clients and their customers are special people and we love delivering for them.
Each Tegrit team includes technical developers, business analysts, quality assurance analysts and project managers working collaboratively to create a beautiful and functional application. They build strong, trusted connections with each other and with the client. That trusted connection simplifies communication, decision making, and delivery and keeps it fun for everyone.
At Tegrit, there are always new puzzles and problems to be solved, so, if you like challenging, technical work that is different every day, Tegrit may be just the right place for you.
What Employees Say About Working Here
“Before Tegrit, I did not know there was a company that really cared about every person in the organization. The benefits package is great, there are several programs that focus on our mental and physical health, and the pay is very competitive. Love Tegrit!!!”
“I feel fulfilled in the work that I do, and I feel valued as a person. I feel safe bringing up new ideas or possible changes to processes and work, because even if my idea isn't used or actually applicable, I never feel as though it is held against me, and I don't feel like anyone thinks I stepped out of line.”
“My ideas are heard and there is a healthy work environment. My team is very welcoming, cooperative and there is so much respect for each other. I never felt discouraged and always have a strong support system from senior management.”
“My team is terrific and our personalities mesh incredibly well. There is no drama or grandstanding -- everybody just focuses on the work and takes care of business in a clear-eyed and professional manner and yet still manages to have fun while doing so.”

Who do we need?
If any of these sounds like you, reach out and let’s talk. Who knows where it might lead?
Software Developers to design, develop, test, deploy and support our Arrivos software. Developers write code and test components within the Arrivos framework and honor our development methodology. Besides coding and testing skills, our developers need strong analytical skills to understand business requirements and they need to get along well with business and QA analysts to perfect the solution.
Business Analysts to evaluate existing client systems, processes and needs. These team members need solid writing skills so they can document our clients’ requirements, specifications, process improvements and solutions. They need to have expert judgment to plan project work and juggle schedules to accomplish goals. The business analyst is the communicator, interpreter and liaison between the client and the project team. The right person in this job has strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Quality Assurance Analysts
Quality Assurance Analysts to create test plans and evaluate our developed solution against the client’s requirements. These unique individuals can articulate a software bug clearly and diplomatically. They can convert business requirements into a written, executable test plan and can execute those tests efficiently. The culmination of skills, technique, experience and teamwork will support a collaborative work environment between users, team members and business partners.
Project Coordinators to help pull it all together and keep projects on schedule. These jacks-of-all-trades are largely in supportive roles. They need to be super organized, have good writing skills and are able to talk to clients easily. They learn our project management process including using Microsoft Project to develop plans and track progress.
