Tegrit Technologies Fills New Director of Operations Slot

LIVONIA, Mich., April 27, 2009 – Tegrit Technologies, a leading provider of innovative software solutions for public sector pension plan administration, announced today that Jeffrey Dixon has accepted the position of Director of Operations.

In his new position, Mr. Dixon will be responsible for directing the growth of Tegrit Technologies’ current product lines, which features the highly popular Arrivos software platform for public sector pension plan administration. He will also take a lead role in bringing a number of exciting new applications to market in the near future. Director of Operations is a new position for Tegrit Technologies.

Tegrit Technologies is a division of Tegrit Financial Group, a New York-based private venture capital firm offering financial and management solutions for the public sector.

Jeff has already been a great asset to the company and I know that he will be able to direct and support our expansion going forward.”

Mr. Dixon joined Tegrit Technologies in January as Senior Project Manager. Prior to joining Tegrit Technologies, Mr. Dixon focused on Systems Integration as a Senior Systems Architect and Manager with T-Systems North America, Deutsche Telekom’s business customer brand. His career has included work within the Automotive, Utilities and Insurance industries.

He brings to Tegrit Technologies over 15 years of experience in Systems Design, Development, Integration, Implementation and Maintenance with such companies as IBM Global Services, Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and PwC Consulting. Mr. Dixon’s experience includes work on Enterprise Java (J2EE) and Application Integration (EAI) projects as well.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Science in Business Information Technology from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration.
